At QR Supply House, our return and exchange policies are tailored to the diverse range of products we offer. Items with electrical components, such as control boards, sensors/thermostats, motors, compressors, and motor bearing units, are considered final sales, as are consumables like refrigerant, non-refrigerant gas, and solder/brazing materials due to potential safety and resale concerns. Exceptions include damaged refrigerant can threads or empty non-refrigerant gas tanks connected to gauges, which may be exchanged. New and unused items, immediately resellable, such as charged and capped copper, fittings, pipe insulation, and unistrut, are eligible for return, provided they are in their original packaging. It's essential to note that we can only accept returns for items sold by our store; items from other suppliers, even if similar, are not eligible. Defective out-of-the-box items must have a warranty form filled out, and products should be inspected before sale to ensure functionality. All returns must be tied back to an original order, either with a receipt or referencing a PO or job name. Returns of items removed from their original order date should be assessed with discretion due to potential damage from improper storage or handling. Our policies aim to balance customer satisfaction with the need to protect our business interests.
